Description
The Glee Gum “Your Ticket to Glee” Winning Ticket Sweepstakes (hereafter referred to as “Sweepstakes”) will award one grand prize winner the following: a trip for two to Hollywood, including coach class roundtrip air transportation from the major airport closest to the winner’s home address, airport/hotel ground transfers, two-nights hotel accommodations – room and tax only, standard double occupancy room (Hotel TBD by FOX), and a $250.00 AMEX Gift Card, in addition to the runner-up prize. All other Winning Ticket holders will win a runnerup prize as stated below.

Promotion Period
The promotion period begins September 23, 2009 at 12am. Winning Ticket holders may claim their prizes between then and December 23, 2009, at 11:59pm. The list of winners will be available two weeks after the close of the sweepstakes.

Eligibility
Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the U.S., its territories and possessions only. All federal, state or provincial and local laws apply. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. To be eligible to win, Verve, inc. must receive entries in the format designated below. Employees of Verve, inc., FOX Broadcasting, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers or their immediate families are not eligible. By entering, entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Verve, inc., which are final and binding. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Verve, inc., FOX Broadcasting Company, Twentieth Century Fox Television, their legal representatives, their affiliates, subsidiaries, suppliers, sponsors, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from any damages which may arise out of participation in the Sweepstakes, or out of the acceptance, use, misuse or possession of contest prizes.

Disqualification
Verve, inc. may prohibit entrants from participating in the sweepstakes and disqualify entries if they do not follow the rules of the contest or if they attempt to enter the sweepstakes through means not described in the rules, attempt to disrupt the sweepstakes or circumvent the rules, or act in an un-sportsmanlike manner or with an intent to annoy or harass any other entrant, affiliated parties or employees of Verve, inc, FOX Broadcasting. Each Winning Ticket is numbered. All entries found to be duplicated, tampered with, or altered in any way will be void and ineligible for the sweepstakes. Ticket holders are responsible for their own ticket, and replacements will not be given under any circumstances.

How to Enter
Glee Gum will include 11 Winning Tickets in 11 randomly selected Glee Gum boxes. Each will contain a Winning Ticket valid for one prize, only as specified on the Ticket. Winning Ticket holders will contact Verve, inc. at 401-351-6415, or info@gleegum.com to notify Verve, inc. that they have a Winning Ticket in their possession, and then will send the ticket, via USPS Registered Mail or FedEx to: Verve, inc., 305 Dudley St., Providence, RI 02907.

Winning Tickets may be obtained through: 1) The retail purchase of Glee Gum from store(s) either in person or via www.gleegum.com. No purchase necessary: To enter the Sweepstakes without making a purchase, please mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to Sweepstakes Entry at Verve, inc. Attn: Your Ticket to Glee Sweepstakes, 305 Dudley St., Providence, RI 02907 (the “Sweepstakes Address”). Verve, inc. will send you a coupon for a free box of Glee chewing gum without charge, will send you a box of Glee chewing gum without charge, or will otherwise make provision to enter you in the Sweepstakes without charge. Requests submitted by mail must be postmarked during the Promotion Period and received within one week of the Promotion Period. Limit one entry per address. Winning Tickets obtained through any other means are void. Winning Tickets cannot be sold, transferred, traded, bartered, auctioned (including through internet auction sites) or given away.

All Winning Tickets are subject to verification at the sole discretion of Verve, inc., , and their authorized agents. Anti-fraud detection devices may be used for verification purposes. Winning Tickets will be void if they fail to pass anti-fraud detection measures, or if determined by Verve, inc., and their agents in their sole discretion to be any of the following: duplicated, photocopied, reproduced, forged, defaced, tampered with, mutilated, cut, torn, erased or blank in whole or in part, illegible in whole or in part, smudged, disassembled or altered from the form in which it was issued, stolen, transferred, bartered, traded or auctioned (including, but not limited to an online Internet auction site), unissued, unauthorized, illegitimately obtained, or if they fail to contain special markings, inks and/or security codes that may be applied by Verve, inc. at the time of production, or if they contain an unauthorized message, code or other marking not issued by Verve, inc. for use in this contest, or if defective, or if they contain printing or other mechanical errors or are printed or produced in error.

Release/Limitation of Liability
Each winner further agrees that, in the event there is any conflict or other inconsistency between the Official Sweepstakes Rules and any advertisements, promotional or marketing materials, e-mails, or announcements relevant to this sweepstakes, these Official Contest Rules will govern.

Prizes
One Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize will grant the winner a trip for two (2) to Los Angeles from a major airport in the United States, ground transfers to and from the airport and hotel in Los Angeles, two (2) nights double occupancy hotel accommodations to include room and tax only, and $250 spending money in the form of an American Express gift card as well as the full runner-up prize package. Ten (10) Runner-Up Prizes will be awarded. Each Runner-Up will receive a package of Glee Gum and Glee show merchandise that will include a Glee branded cap, tee-shirt, drawstring cloth bag, and autographed cast picture as well as a mixed case of Glee Gum (12 packs), a Mini Glee Variety pack, a Make Your Own Chewing Gum Kit, and 2 packs of Wee Glee. Offer details will be printed on each enclosed winning ticket. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $2000.00 depending on location of winner’s residence. Winner’s guests must be 18 years of age or older (and not a minor in his/her state of residence). Winner and winner’s guests must travel on the same itinerary and must have valid identification and any other documents necessary for domestic air travel. Winner will be responsible for all applicable travel and other insurance, all applicable airport charges including without limitation, any excess baggage charges, airport taxes, fees, fuel charges and applicable fees; and tickets are not transferable.

The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each runner-up prize is $66.00 ($726.00 total). The ARV of all prizes is $2,726.00.

Winner Notification and Redemption
All prize winners must acknowledge acceptance of their prize by providing photo identification as proof of eligibility. Winners must also agree to have their photograph taken as they receive their prize for possible inclusion in Verve, inc publicity. All prizes will be mailed to the winners via UPS or USPS Registered Mail.

ENTRANTS ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE SPONSORS, VERVE, INC., FOX BROADCASTING, AND THEIR PARENT AND AFFILIATED COMPANIES, AND ALL OTHER BUSINESSES AFFILIATED WITH THIS CONTEST AND THEIR AGENTS DO NOT MAKE, NOR ARE IN ANY MANNER RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, RELATIVE TO THE QUALITY, CONDITIONS, FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY OF ANY ASPECT OF THE PRIZES BEING OFFERED, EXCEPT THAT EACH PRIZE SHALL BE SUBJECT TO ITS MANUFACTURER’S STANDARD WARRANTY (IF ANY).

Rights of Verve, inc.
Verve, inc. reserves the right in its sole discretion, to cancel, or suspend the Sweepstakes should causes beyond the control of Verve, inc. interfere in the administration, security or proper participation in Sweepstakes. Verve, inc. is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of the entries in Sweepstakes.

Odds of Winning
Grand Prize: 1 in 300,000; Runner-Up Prize: 1 in 30,000.

Winners List
Winners will be posted on the website www.gleegum.com within 30 days of the drawing.

Tax Information
Payment of all taxes and fees on prizes won are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners must check with their own tax counsel to ascertain whether a prize will generate taxable income, and, if so, the amount.

Publication
Acceptance of any prize constitutes permission for Verve, inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies to use winner’s name and likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law. Each winner further grants to Verve, inc. the right to use and publish his or her identity and home city and home state online and in print, or any other media, in connection with this and other Promotions.
